Notes

Indoor track workout, per coach rachel. Was supposed to do 5:50 1600s, 2:40 800s, and 73 400s. A bit fast on the 1600s, but otherwise good. Short and easy workout, although the 400s felt not as easy as expected. Did the whole thing with Keefe. My pacing was awful since I haven't done track in a while.
