Notes
this was a mess. trying to run off the bike at 1/2 iron pace. my garmin was dead so i took rachel's, which i apparently can't use. it told me my first mile was 5:22, which was not correct. I did 2 miles at what i suspect was around 6:20, and then got pretty dizzy and had to stop. maybe i needed more water? just jogged back slowly and then tried to drink a lot when i got home.
