Notes
This should have been an easy, fun run but I didn’t leave enough time for it before dinner at Eli’s and I also felt kinda crappy. Also, my left femur has been achy. I think some time off is warranted. Not a whole lot, but better safe than sorry. Maybe next week I’ll try to hit the mileage again.
