Trail run in Harvard with Kristina. Did some trails I'd never done before, starting from the summer camp on Bare Hill Pond. I really liked them. We got slightly lost a few times, but never too bad, and found ourselves on West Bare Hill Rd, near Still River Road. We ran down West Bare, Tahonto, and Warren back into the center of town. I think we did the trails at about 7:30 pace. We averaged about 6:55 pace on the roads for the last 3 miles of the run, with one fast section of a little over half a mile at 6:20 pace. I felt really relaxed at that pace, which was great, but it was hot out so we slowed down.
