Oak Hill

Notes

Very easy Oak Hill with Kristina. We did it backwards so it was a little more technical on the downhills, and a little less fun. We did the last mile at about 7:10 pace and it felt really easy. My left hamstring feels better, but still tight and sore. Also, the left femur ached a bit at night but not too much.
