Notes

The plan was an easy 6.5 mile run at 7:30 pace. Unsurprisingly, the pace was faster. We averaged about 7 flat on the roads, and not much slower up the hills. I wasn’t really in the mood for that, but I guess it was fine. No femur issues, but my left hamstring was really sore, kinda like I pulled it. Oh well.
