Easy morning run, mostly with various goats. I was alone for the first bit except for intermediate running with goats finishing morning runs. I felt kind of tight and flat. I picked up the 710 crew half way through and felt much better running with them. I think the average pace was a lot slower with them, probably around 8:15 average. I pounded the last mile since I was on my own and felt pretty good.
