Sort of easy baby hill loop. Out for the first few miles at about 7:10 pace. I was ahead of the other baby hill loop guys, so I went half way up Righters Mill, then turned around and went back down with them and then back up hard. The second time up I got to the top in 1:58, tying my PR from over the summer. I felt tired for the second half but didn't slow down too much, averaging about 7:15 pace. Finished with 6 strides.
