Relatively easy run. It was hot and humid out, so nobody pushed the pace too much. I was really sore from the last few days, so I'm glad it wasn't a full hill loop. I felt pretty good though despite being sore. I didn't push the hills much, although I still tried to keep a reasonable pace up all of them. This had me breathing hard up RIghters Mill, but not so much up the other hills. From the sign to the crest of Righters Mill took 2:12, which isn't bad given the effort. No strides after, but lots of stretching. I feel much better a few hours later than I did when I started the run.
