Notes

I wanted to get in a decent running effort before going to Spain, so I decided I'd do a baby hill loop (I don't think I'm quite ready for the full one yet). I took it out at an easy pace and as I felt better, picked it up slightly. I didn't start pushing until I went up Righters Mill - 2:25 from the gate to the telephone pole at the crest of the hill - and even then I didn't push too hard. I felt surprisingly good by the time I got back to the school, and the rest of the run felt good, although the heat started getting to me a bit at the end. A good run, and I got in a couple of extra small hills since I started off going down Grays and then Laurel Ln to North Rose Ln. No nagging pains except a little tendinitis in the right knee, but I'm not too worried; they last few times it's gone away after a few weeks.
