Started out on the nature trail, then ran into Jessica Watkins and ran with her for a bit. We ended up near Mill Creek, so I did a backwards Jumbo after she turned off. I felt tired up the hills, but otherwise fine. I couldn't tell if I was pounding sometimes, but I tried to keep the pace reasonable until the last mile, when I picked it up just a little.
