Notes
Nice bike ride out of town through farmland. Rolling hills most of the way but nothing killer. Went out at a moderate pace but felt pretty good most of the way. I had to work a little to keep it up at the end, but not too hard. Quads still a bit sore, which I felt on the hills and when the wind picked up (there was a pretty major headwind for a few miles). Overall feeling pretty good, but I wanted to take the day off since I overdid it a little yesterday.
