Notes

Tried a bit of easy running. My left calf alternated between feeling really bad and just mildly bad, so I stopped after 20 minutes. I wanted to cross train, but the ellipticals were taken and the bike make my calf hurt even more than running, so I did another half mile on the treadmill.
