Easy warm up and then a light sprint workout to prepare for the Leeds Memorial. 3x100m averaging 13 high (standing start), then a 200 in 29 low. Equal distance walking recovery before each. I think the recovery was a little short for how fast I was going (well, not that fast, but faster than anything I've done in a long time) so my legs got heavy at the end of the 200. Easy cool down on the nature trail.
