Notes

ran with nate after hanging out at Quigly's to give Shark a farewell, Drank only one beer, but it did not sit well running 5 minute after I drank it. Still wooped up on nate, gave him a one way ticket on the hurt train.

Also, I did lift for about 1 hour later on, so I think supplemented my 45 minute run. Did some chest and back today, friday bi's and tri's. Still on pace to run 70 + this week,( factoring in a 15 mile LR on sat) this will also be the first week in months that I run everyday as well.
