Tim and I ran a tempo today at Bode Lake... I put on another demo for you studs... probably one of the best performances ever run in Hoffman Estates, in the history of the world....i ran these splits on a marked course... 5:54, 5:50, 5:47, 5:36, 5:19, 4:42 ( it was the .9 part, but it is 5:14 pace if you are wondering, and i know you were), 5:14, 5:12, 5:00... Thats what a tempo run is supposed to look like... I know it might be hard to visualize for you warriors that like to start things out at 5:20... But fear not, you don't have to blow your mind trying to imagine a negative split, because I taped it... my brother Pat road the bike next to me... It look pretty much like the Ryan Hall video... except I am much more handsome... And to answer your question, yes it is going up on Godtube.com right next to Ryan Hall's...
