Notes
It was hot, but I still was able to pwn noobs all up and down the Busse Forest preserve trials... The splits started at around 5:45, dipped to about the 3rd mile 5:35, another 5:35, something around 5:45, b/c I got sad in some nasty wind... back to the mid thirties... then my last full mile was a 5:27, and my .7 was at 5:15 pace (a 3:40 to be exact)... Not the nastiest work out i have done, but a good effort...
