There were three great upsets that happened this week in the world of sports... 3) Jeremy Warrener losing in the 400m finals... 2) Federer losing to Nadal at the Wimbledon... and 1) Me getting lit up at the Great Western 4 mile... I am surprised there was minimal coverage of this epic loss... I took the race out in a smooth 4:50, and then proceeded to push through two miles, thinking I would break free with no problem... long story short, I am a noob.... and I got pwned in the fashion a noob should get pwned... I will continue to work hard and fight the good fight... and now I have some unfinished road racing business to attend to next year...
