Ran just a little bit today. Didnt get to sleep till 3ish because my head was in the worst pain of my life. Even two Vicodin didnt do a thing. The run felt okay. I nasal breathed because I kept my mouth shut to keep pressure on my jaw. I also walked 20mins barefoot on the treadmill. I feel like doing that really strengthens your lower leg muscles so I am gonna try to do a few times a week.
