Raced the mile on the track. Pat wasnt back from his retreat yet, Gerardo's back has been hurting him alot lately, and Zach Johnson pussied out. I ran this by myself. It was really cool that alot of the guys were out on the track cheering me on; there was about 15 of them. Went out way to conservative. I think I could have gone faster had I gotten out better, but I didnt know what I was capable of and I didnt want to die. Splits:
