Notes
So I was planning on doing an hour before the surgery but I overlooked the fact that I can't eat or drink ANYTHING 8 hours before. That means after an hour of running I wouldnt be able to rehydrate myself at all. I only did a half hour to make sure I wasnt doing anything stupid. Hopefully I can run tomorrow.
