Notes

Untimed on the path. My watch broke so hopefully I get a new one soon. Anyways, my head was not feeling too good before the run. My sockets were kind of throbbing for the first mile and then they were fine. Nasal breathing sucks. This summer I really want to work on my stride efficiency. I know my turn over rate isnt the greatest, but I feel that if I can bring my kick back a little bit higher up I can help that out. I want to float, not just run.
