Notes

Ran a warmup fallowed by 5 original extended woodloops. I did the 1st, 3rd, and 5th at an easier pace while the 2nd and 4th one were around tempo-ish pace. Hit the 2nd one in 9:47 and the 4th in 9:30. It was easy to stay relaxed on these. The only problem is the footing on this woodloop. What once used to be such an awesome path is now riddled with mud and uneven surface. Even though they took the dip out (near the halfway point where the prairie opens up) i still assume that the loop runs 15 seconds slower. It was so muddy at some points. It was still a solid effort and I was pleased on how it went. This will be my way of easing back into LT work. Did a mile barefoot after.
