Notes

Did a workout on the track. 2x1k at an up tempo pace. Then 800 at race pace fallowed by a 300 simulating a kick. Felt good on all of these. Had about 2mins rest between the Ks and 3ish minutes between the Ks and 800 and then about a minute rest after the 800.
