Notes

Worked out with a group of guys at the track today. Warmed up with half mile (logged elsewhere) and then we did lunges from one side of the track to the other, and then back. After that we ran 1.5 miles at race pace. We followed that up with another set of lunges across the track. A few of us then did another mile, which ended up as quite the foot race for the last 200 meters. I won.
