Why do I run: To stay fit and sane. I am in the best shape of my life! I also swim and take spinning classes. |
Why I started running: A friend asked me to run a half marathon with her. I was totally hooked and have been running since. I currently run 25-30 miles per week (most weeks - sometimes more, sometimes less) and have started more weight and cross training. |
