About me: I started running in 2005. I decided to focus on endurance and longer races: so far, some 10 & 20Ks, a few Half Marathons, and a technical 25K completed. Half Fanatic #846.
I changed to minimalist footwear and a lot of barefoot running starting in 2009. Since then, my chronic running injuries disappeared, I've been able to run more, and I'm getting a little bit faster.
