Interval Hills program L1. 5.5 recovery, 1% incline x 90 seconds.. 7.5-8 mph sprint, 4% incline x 30 seconds. I hope this crap is working because these programs are wearing me out! I also suspect that treadmill speed is faster than it shows.. 5.7 mph feel more like 6.2
