It is a sad day when I mark 5 Miles as a long run. 2 months ago.. that was my average run. However.. I did do a legs workout yesterday and my knees were really numb this morning. Felt great for the first 2 KM and then I hit the gravel roads and poof my speed dropped and my legs tightened right up. I did however learn that I run a lot faster on pavement.
There is also 0.3 miles not in the splits.. I stopped to take a pee but forgot to restart the garmin. I added roughly the time I thought it took .. Too bad too because it was a fairly flat stretch and I rocked it.
