What a beautiful day! Sunny and warm.. Hummm... The wind was way strong though so I just did a nice easy longer than normal run. Trying anything else would have been suicide As an example I was running down the highway into the wind at 5.2 mph.. The wind let up for a bit and without any extra effort, I was running 6.4 mph..
