A VERY good run today. Felt good and smooth -- not like I was fighting myself -- and think this was a very nice little run for a very warm afternoon with a stiff headwind coming home. (Although the wind probably helped with heat transport). N 12. Almost full sun exposure most of the way. Encouraging to feel good on a run today.
