ASICS Gel-Magic Racer (2004)
COMMENTS: Light rain at end. 3200 w/u. 6x400 with generous 200 recovery walk intervals: 75, 71, 70, 72, 73, 75. 800 w/d. For a "short" workout, it sure left me beat!. Calves started cramping a wee during warmdown so I cut it short.
