first of all, it was hotter than Hades. second, i was pushing my bike the whole way gathering speed calibration data for work. so it was not an optimal run today as far as pure running & training go. NWS had 94 degrees at 1:53 so I'll go with that, but the thermometer at the house, which is usually pretty trustworthy had about 98 both right before and after my run.
