Notes

Longest training run ever. Bit of a chore going south the first 12.5 miles into the wind (S 9-13), then it was easier after turning around. I was tired by the end, and getting a bit sore and tight here and there, but it was okay. Hopefully I can recover from this one quickly and benefit from the long long training stimulus. Started running a bit over 7:30's and very very gradually ran faster through the miles to finish under 7:30 average and 26th mile was a 7:09. Garmin had 26.80, but I chopped off a couple of tenths as usual accounting for 5-10 per mil of overage error.
