NE 16 G 22. Felt better than I should have for a recovery run the day after a long run. Maybe I really was a pussy yesterday. OTOH, I really did pay attention to recovery yesterday after I got home. Took in a lot of calories and protein and lied around on the couch a lot the rest of the day. Got a decent night's sleep, too. So maybe the bounce back had more to do with that.
