SE 13. 6:21, 6:21, 6:12, 6:12, 6:06, 6:02, 5:54, 5:59. First of all very very very happy to run this work out this well < 72 hours post-marathon (even if it was only a "training run" marathon). In the 4th & 5th miles I thought I might have to cash it in at 5 mi or 10k, but then I actually broke through a little bit and was able to keep pushing. Form started breaking down a little in the 8th mile and I didn't feel like I could go a lot faster without getting a LOT less efficient. R knee (! - go figure) pretty spazzed out along the ITB.... At least I know what's wrong and what to do about it. I think it will be OK.
