Wow, what a difference a day makes. Yesterday I really stretched and iced and started on a course of naproxen to get my piriformis syndrome settled down, and it seems to have had an immediate impact. Also, I iced and stretched my hip lightly this morning *before* my run and then iced it again after the run. I could feel a little discomfort in the hip during the run, but at least today it wasn't debilitating my whole leg like yesterday.
