Wyatt ran the w/u and c/d with me and the first quarter of each of my 2000s, although he ran his 400s *faster* (like 82, 78,79,79). Workout was according the RW 13.1 plan, but I did not keep the times down... Worse result than a similar workout last week. Last week had more reps, but maybe the shorter recovery time is what got to me here.
