6:15, 6:15, 6:07, 6:04, 5:57, 5:59, 5:59, 5:59. ANOTHER breakthrough PR on this workout -- even though I couldn't "cut down" the last 2 miles.
1/5/08: Went back and recorded this one because it stands as my PR for this workout. As it turned out, I came down hard with strep the very next day.
