don't know exactly what to call this run, was supposed to be 7 easy with 3 at mara pace. I think I basically hit it, even though it was hot, because that first goddam mile had the new curvy section of Mur-Len in it that now makes that mile around a tenth too long. The three miles were successive and the splits were: 7:28 (yeah, whatever -- I think maybe more like 6:50), 6:44, 6:38. Still they felt kinda hard tonight. The weather is warmer than I am used to.
