NW 14. Brutal cold and wind chill. (wind chill = -16F at this temp and wind speed). Dressed about right: Underarmor LS wickiing shirt w/ high collar, high collar LS cotton over that, white wind breaker with zip up neck & hood; stocking hat under the hood, heavier tights, shorts, cotton gloves were OK, vaseline on lips, cheeks, nose.
