Not too bad, I guess. Forerunner 10 had my splits at 5:46, 5:51, 5:51 and 2:32 (0.43 miles). The good Dr. Daniels said 20 minutes at 5:45 (assuming VDOT=62), and I probably could have done this had a focused a little more. I think I was a little intimidated at the prospect of stretching 5:40s to 20 minutes or 4 miles. Plus I foolishly had some alcohol last night which always takes a little edge off the cutting blade.
