More of what McMillan would call a "steady state" run for me, but I progressively cut down the pace. 1600 splits: 6:15, 6:15, 6:13, 6:06, 5:57. Good run today -- feel good for where I'm at. Hamstring tendons down by my L knee have been wanting to act up a little from time to time, including today, but I seem to be able to run through with no ill effect.
