COMMENTS: Perfect running weather. PR. No excuse not to today, esp. with the weather and the flat course. 6:13, 6:12, 6:09, 6:12, 6:10, 6:16, 6:07, 6:14, 5:53, 6:02, 6:03, 6:06, 6:00, 0:37. Also picked up a NICE 10-mile PR for 4-13 today = 61:03 (6:06).
