Not 100% sure of time or distance. Did the 18 mile loop, however, with 4x hill repeats on Scherer road hill (about 700-800 ea). Perfect weather. Felt actually pretty easy today. Even right now a few hours later I don't really feel like I ran 20-21 miles and got up at 4:35 am this morning.
