was originally going to gun for about a 5:44 pace on the 2000s, but only really got close for rep#2. By rep 3 my legs felt very heavy and I did not feel quick or strong. But finished the workout. Was actually 1 rep longer than designed in the RW 13.1 plan I am following up to Hospital Hill. Didn't mean to do that really -- don't think it can hurt! Weather was really about perfect.
