6:03, 5:53, 5:52, 5:46. A very nice run today. Originally planned to go 5, but as I reflected on the purpose of the run, during the run, I decided to go ahead and cut it off at 4 feeling still pretty fresh. Definitely had another 5:46 in me, but the point today was to oil the blade, I think, not to try to further hone it down. So, rather than push it into a hard workout or even to the edge of one, I thought it wiser to just walk away feeling pleasantly but only slightly drained.
