very easy effort the first 12 miles or so, a lot of low 8's and high 7's. After 12 we started to run a little quicker and put up a lot of 7:30s (plus or minus). mile 21 - 7:14. mile 22 - 6:45. fractional 23rd mile on about 7-flat pace. weather was very cooperative today; again a relatively cool Sunday morning compared to the hot morning we were having throughout the week. run felt good for me. Todd looked great & ran great today -- I think it's a real good sign for him.
