Screwed up my 2nd mile split, but was able to refactor them with a little basic logic:

6:08, 6:08, 6:03, 5:58, 5:50, 5:51, 5:46, 5:45.

L. knee might have slowed me down a little bit in the 5th-7th miles. It felt OK the final mile, actually. Iced and took naproxen afterwards; feels pretty OK sitting here right now. PR for the workout! Would have liked to have chiseled those last couple of miles down under 5:40, but just couldn't quite get them there.

A quick pre-Boston assessment at the end of March here: Cardio is there, thank God. Sufficient distance is there. Raw speed work and hill work are missing going into Boston, but at least there are some green lights on the board.
