Notes

I'd say the 20# L leg reps felt a lot easier than on Friday. I think this is a good sign that the hamstring is healing and gaining strength. On another note, 2x10x40# on my good leg wore me down to 35# on the next two sets. This probably shows that my hamstrings, even when healthy, *are* weak and need work.
